General Apple Remote App crashing due to JB?

anyone have stability issues app after jailbreaking? i'm assuming that's why every time minimize app return it, starts freaking out jumping between menu screens on own until kill app , restart it. resetting apple tv , iphone 6 plus have no effect.
 

since didn't bites, let me try asking way:

apple tv , jailbroken iphone have stability issues running apple remote app? on iphone, when minimize app, bring again, app starts freaking out, jumping on , on between various menus until kill , restart it.
