Apple Watch being shipped today to wrong address! (Venting Thread)

apple support great until make mistake , you screwed.

when ordering @ 2 in morning tried shipped new address spelling of street name kept being appreciated. anyway apple defaulted old address without me being aware though macbook order on same night did setup being shipped new address . did no realize watch shipping old address until called on wed , told them stop abbreviating name of new address. when realized shipping old address.

said got changed ups on wed, kept checking , never showed correctly on order . call apple 4 times confirm. called ups today , never received request. called apple again today , still kept saying sent request ups, , told them not matter think did, ups has not recored! resubmitted. call ups again in 30 min confirm

3 days later , 6 calls apple took resolved, , watch delayed @ least 3 days if resolved. being 1 of 1st order in @ 2 in morning , getting watch anytime result of efforts.

else having correct delivery , customer services issue apple , want vent? here thread.
 

3 days, 6 calls apple , 2 ups , got them shipping correct address. won't today (as suppose to) @ least here monday!

apple needs work on customer service when have issues arise not typical. never should have gotten point in 1st place. many balls dropped since 1st ordered watch.
