Need help with organizing photo in iOS

i'm trying on iphone itself.

ios 8.3 icloud photo library turned on.

created photo album titled "other" move pictures main camera roll keep them separate other photos. copied ok, when try delete newly moved pictures main camera roll deletes same photo new "other" album. end duplicate photos.
missing here?
 

nope, not missing anything. way works. pictures remain in camera roll, can move them other folders quicker access. moving pictures newly created folders not move them camera roll however.
