Please HELP. Spinning Beachball, Do I need more Ram or have I got issues?

hi,

taking me long write message. freezing, pausing, beach ball ever present , using force close no ones business. programs being put on hold due no virtual memory.

before race off increase ram or pay bunch of cash tell me need more ram. thought ask clever , kind people have quick @ activity monitor , tell me first thoughts are.

installed yosemite 6 weeks ago , haven't had issues until 2 days ago when went haywire. seems have coincided starting use vpn through private internet access. don't know if coincidence.

anyway, thoughts , suggestions appreciated , if there can fix before handing on else awesome.

you have ram available. that's not problem. long memory pressure shows green, have sufficient ram. @ cpu usage instead. see have 1 process not responding. haven't verified following, found in google search:

Battery Cycles

okay, know how battery cycles , work. want know is: how many cycles battery has how old battery is how many mah macbook shipped with how many mah have now reading thread on different site macbook batteries , commenting battery info. of them commenting saying reached 120 cycles per year. 1 guy said mac 3 years old on 250 cycles (avg. 83 year). think person had 400 after 2 years. in 'system information' says age of macbook 3 months old (when arrived said 1 months old, i've had 2 months) , have 98 cycles, using many cycles? i'm asking because realised apple batteries more or less useless @ holding charge after 1000 cycles , if i'm averaging 100 every 2 months gives me 1.7 years until macbook more or less desktop... to me seems poor previous windows laptops owned lasted long , expect lot more machine on £1k. (i have been told batteries in newer macbooks glued in place , replacing battery hard job , cost lots of money, mistake...

SSD Performing Poorly
