Question about repair

yesterday dropped off 15" rmbp mid 2014 @ apple store screen replacement due dead pixels. forgot ask if gonna repair in store or going ship repair facility. given work authorization form , says "we call in 3-5 days" . there way find out if repair done in store or ship computer out repaired?

so long repair done in quoted time, i'm not sure why matters @ all? perhaps there's i'm not seeing?
