Files stuck in "waiting" status and not uploading to iCloud Drive

i decided migrate dropbox icloud drive (not sure idea anymore) , copied files 1 other on mac.

number of files uploaded properly, many of them see on hold "waiting" status below filename:

noticed these not uploaded files if rename them, start uploading.

have left computer on over 12 hours , don't think there movement. have decent enough broadband - 12mpbs upload speed - , yesterday uploaded 4gb file icloud drive in hour; , pending small files altogether size.

know how can trigger sync in better way renaming each file individually?


note: have enough storage on icloud store these files.
 

anyone?

wanted move icloud drive still haven't sorted issue. looks i'll staying dropbox ...
