HDD goes read only randomly

hello,
ever since upgrading yosemite on mbp when came out, have had ungodly annoying glitch. @ random points, hard drive becomes read only. applications work fine, others not. google chrome give me aw snap error on every page, , unable delete or move files. if try downloading file safari, says don't have enough disk space, though have 1tb hard drive, , i'm barely using 25gb(i'm on fresh install atm). have reinstalled more times can count, , because of software requirements(im music producer), need keep os updated. have tried repairing disk permissions, , repairing disk through disk utility, hdd have relatively new, replaced after failure last year, wouldn't have since mavericks works fine. on issue appreciated.

boot safe mode (hold down shift-key while booting) , see if experience same issues.
