How to install AMD's latest drivers on the M295X

hi,

read latest amd gpu drivers include optimisations gta v wanted try installing them on retina 5k m295x gpu. couple of months ago had tried without success figured m295x available in other machines may have changed. didn't want mess editing .inf files or copying old versions of installers on may have seen in previous posts subject.

running windows 8.1 (64 bit).

previous drivers amd's official bootcamp drivers dated 16/12/14. found here:-

tried download updated drivers dated 13/4/15 directly within ccc. non starter, ccc appeared freeze.

went direct amd's download page here:-
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=windows+8.1+-+64

selected win 8.1 64 bit drivers , downloaded them. did not uninstall previous drivers. ran executable unpacked file. let them unpack default folder , navigated c:\amd\amd-catalyst-15.4beta-64bit-win8.1-apr9\packages\drivers\display\wb6a_inf , ran cu182335.exe

installed no problem , have not noticed specific issues. can alter resolution on display (no 5k). ran 3dmark across them , did not see particular performance enhancement couldn't written off 'margin of error'.
