greetings macrumors.

here issue. friend had wine spilled on 15 inch retina macbook pro. have not seen laptop according 4 people, main board corroded , isnt able saved.

here whats bothering me. wants sell unit parts. claiming battery should ok, should hard drive , screen.

hasnt tested these parts assumption. screen dont see why should, idk if hard drive removable on these units , since right on motherboard might corroded well. battery have taken damage right?

wants $600 lot. think hard drive may or may not removable (help me out here or not) , may or may not corroded untested battery , screen way on priced. morning offered $450 , said low.

think guys? me out. because pet peeve seeing others being ripped off apple name. shops sell powerpc macs hundreds.
