Apple TV won't stream certain iTunes movies

most of movies show in home sharing; however, there few aren't. they're downloaded imac --->not in cloud... they're purchases itunes -->not converted. why doesn't apple tv "finding nemo"? what's got against fish & sea turtles?
 

more likely, nemo pulled cloud due other distribution rights other providers - hbo or such. in month or two.
