Bluetooth and siri problem

i'm having problem turning on phone when connected car bluetooth without siri being activated.

push home button , can't phone turn on without having siri coming on first. solution turn off siri completely.

suggestions?
 

i'm having trouble understanding question. trying "wake" phone when screen dark , pressing home button activates siri?

siri should activated when holding home button.

problem occur when you're connected bluetooth?

if want deactivate siri can going settings>general>siri.
