First Workout with the Watch


so had first workout watch hour ago.

workout app cool lifting weights needs improvement. it's fine there "other" apple needs let after fact create sort of sub-naming @ least own purpose know "other" workout was. i'm sure come in update, needs happen sooner rather later.

hr tracking expected not extremely accurate. did weight workout , ok tell off @ times. in end average hr pretty close real thing. in workout recap there should option see max hr, without having go on health app.

used wahoo tickr x cardio , synced apple watch , pulled hr there , perfect marriage able accurate data. example of inaccurate reading when spin workout ended tickr said hr 114bpm, once took off tickr apple watch started reading , told me hr 50, smh.

overall activity/workout app, it's first effort apple. know how watch remind "stand" every hour, it's easy forget.

on note after workout battery @ 41% been off charger 10hrs & 4mins. not bad
 

i had few minor glitches hr reading low described brief second before flashing accurate level. read high 198 today right @ threshold mhr.

1 thing i've noticed during workout if push watch above bony part of wrist appears more consistent. overall i've been impressed hrm. sorry hear you're having issues.
