Hey Siri sent my reminders to my Wife's iPhone and iPad? Different Apple ID's?

i posted in thread got thinking worthy of it's own thread. possibly security issue/flaw think. see below. no exaggeration or panic happened , wife here when did.

wow, bizarre. 1st day new watch. paired iphone 6+ only. on appleid.

tried "hey siri" set reminder put few things in car trip tomorrow.

went wife's ipad. same wifi network yes. different apple id's , ipad has been ipad. not hand me down me. hers newer mine actually.

vague connection bought on apple account gift her. has never, ever had apple id in it.

ideas?

after init post thought it. use "shared reminders" showed on ipad , iphone. not on stuff @ all. seems odd watch send reminder different user? reminder has not appeared on phone or ipad.
 

things move fast on these forums bumping up. seems me serious error. did not imagine it.
