Misalignment of cursor and selection in Safari

is else experiencing sort of misalignment between position of cursor , highlighting text/clicking links in safari?

time time cursor function few centimeters above position, meaning have position curser distance below link if want click or below text want highlight.
disappears itself, , requires reloading page.

haven't experienced before updating 8.0.4, can't sure that's caused it. it's pretty annoying.
