Some models not available?

having on apple store site , don't remember seeing thread on this, thought i'd ask: why models unavailable?

there no option add cart of modern buckle or leather loop configurations on ss watch edition. greyed out, whereas others there's green button , dispatch estimate. i'm seeing on both uk , sites, , straps showing "currently unavailable" separate items.

me? or else know already? know why is? didn't think they'd stop allowing orders completely, they'd keep pushing delivery estimates...
