Bluetooth Integration?

i not entirely sure of how going work out apple watch. example, keep bluetooth on majority of day, if wanted change watches , left house, notifications still go watch or disconnect eventually? not sure how calibrate notifications once in sync?
 

you need pair :apple:watch plan on wearing.
