Conversation with apple support ...


i pre-ordered couple of watches (42mm space black , 42mm milanese loop). milanese loop has delivery estimate of 4/24 - 5/8, whereas space black has estimate of 5/13 - 5/27).

since bunch of people's statuses changing, figured worth asking apple's support see what's up. gave me pretty same information above did confirm depends on when warehouse(s) process particular order.

put in orders @ around 3:03/04 est (the space black first, afterwards milanese loop)

order confirmations apple came in @ 3:04:54 est , 3:06:46 est respectively.

here's interesting part: asked if tell when order came in , said (quoting verbatim): "the times orders created 4:48am , 6:41am."

asked why disparity , said point @ put in order (3:03/04 est) first step. other times reflected above when order hits system.

anyway, that's all. in meantime, i'm going sit here , keep refreshing order status page! :d
 

why people insist on nagging apple support issues don't apply them? leave them alone , let them jobs hired do. watches arrive enough.
