Did the apple store change?

so had visit apple store ipad antenna issue , iphone. ipad had huge gape between antenna , glass , iphone had mis aligned rear camera. when showed him ipad got "wow, noticable" , goes manager , shows him , gets confirmed. comes , tells me knows , verified there issue there can not replace it... asked why because says not see need to. im not being picky or wanted make sure no issues happen along down road. never asked replace wondered if ok. not goes place wants replacement phone/ipad/macbook. after laid down sliding across table , hear dirt grinding rear of ipad. hands me filled finger prints, did not offer wipe off. had ask cloth clean mess. customer service there 600 dollar ipad. iphone, rips out of case , same thing iphone. states cant replace fix camera. had issue ear speaker well, disreguard fact of it. had wait hour , half said fix in 30 minutes. while waiting seen these customers come in issues they're phones , ipads , of "genius" treat people complete stupid. 1 guy came in said had problem email , wifi not connecting. said called att , said apple problem when told said 'ha ha isn't apple problem, know how use email? let me tell if said me have lost mind. other customers come in , treated not know anything. after waiting hour , half ask dude if phone finished , got response of "oh yeah let me go it, been done". mean made me wait sit @ counter , have pow wow employees. not know happened these days lack of respect customers has went out window. maybe store dunno. know there apple fan boys sticking them. has put out there.
 

apple not perfect. i've been apple stores less stellar. remember going 1 in los angeles , pretty rude everyone. @ home in nyc, go main apple store on 5 avenue cause that's huge tourist spot. apple stores in tourist spots pretty best , friendliest ones.
