Music app skips songs as soon as I rate them on ipad/iphone

hi,

itunes match subscriber , i've been having alot of problems music app ever since upgraded ios 8.3.

1 that's annoying if rate song, goes onto next song. :confused: smartlists update if force close music app.

not aware of setting says if rate song should skip next.

i've tried fixes resetting iphone , ipads settings, still persists. ideas?
