OS X Mac Gaming Newbie

here situation.

relocated , temporarily living in apartment 6 months year.

consoles in storage , dont plan take them out have base model, 2013, 27inch imac unpacked , ready use.

have never played game on pc or mac. ever. consoles.

miss gaming , want try mac games fill need.

must plays? enjoy likes of story games , not shooters or sports games.

, forward recommendations fit!
 

do know of steam? it's cross platform games store , community. give google , take pick of games on there!

bootcamping, if know of that, installing windows on mac can switch between 2, games under windows perform bit better, reasons on head.

im big fan of left dead, , on windows dayz. former fps , later massive open world online multiplayer game survival , fps elements make own story.
