USB Attached SCSI in Windows?

i running windows 10 in bootcamp on 2012 rmbp 5.1 bootcamp drivers installed. fails iomega external usb 3 drive connects through uas.

reading works, formatting , deleting fail requiring hard power down while writing crash whole system after 1gb has been written. i'm using fat32 these tests.

has got uas work in any version of windows? drivers use? far can see bootcamp doesn't supply uas drivers @ ones i'm using standard ms/intel.

i'd interested if can run uas external usb 3 drives , if drivers have. if work let me know drivers have (right click on drive, properties, hardware tab, properties, driver tab, driver details). have these currently:
