1.1 Core M or 4GB - which is more limiting?

i'm considering either entry rmb or entry 13 mba wondering of 2 main spec limitations present issues sooner/more often.

use heavy web browsing multiple tabs, ms office, youtube, basic iphoto , imovie use family vids iphone 6 etc

i'm willing ignore weight, keyboard, ports, battery life, screen size, ssd size etc since that's issue altogether!

preferred supplier offers these models entry spec unfortunately 8gb air/1.3 core m aren't option , 13 mbp feels thick , heavy me these days.

what's everybody's thoughts?
