Photos Library Size doubled?

since seems yosemite leaves iphoto library , creates new library photos, double size of space needed?

have several macs, 1 houses photos. iphoto library 203gig , photos library 191gigs.
 

no not. os x uses hard links both libraries pointing same set of files. article here explains it.
