Question about Apple Cinema Display

i picked 23" aluminium cinema display. have question scaling. can see in photo black bars surrounding image. have resolution set 1920x1200. video card pc 7970 why. computer mac pro 1,1/2,1. sorry didnt know post on forum.

i did figure out issue was using pc 7970 after flashing have efi black border gone.
