Yahoo mail stopped updating

can help? yahoo account last updated on iphone 6 plus @ 9:53 morning. i've deleted , reinstalled several times no avail doing shutdown , restart of iphone. working fine on ipad.

suggestions? downloaded app mail , works fine on app rather have on regular iphone mail app. bugging heck out of me won't uodate. can send messages it. suggestions appreciated.
