Mail app - issue with mail account not present in System Prefs Internet Accounts

i have mail account in mail want delete it's not possible since account not present in system preferences internet accounts.

idea how deal this? seems me either system pref config file corrupted or maybe mail.app. config file.

i've tried add account system preferences internet accounts same data 1 shows in mail when doing no new account added system preferences.
 

you can't delete using accounts tab in mail preferences?
