PowerMac G5 as Time machine server for multiple Macs?

hello everyone.

know else started thread make g5 server, want dual 2.3(3.5gb ram) running os x 10.5.8 find sata controller card , use superdrive bay house 2 hdds imac, g5 quad, , wife's c2d imac to.

make sense , have use guid partition scheme these hdds?
 

i use xserve g5 time machine server ppc macs. have 2tb drive in third hdd bay purpose.

leopard server, it's super easy. designate server in server contorl panel time machine server. then, connect other computers network(either ethernet or wifi) , automatically find drive , ask if want use it.

haven't tried hard yet make work 10.9, suspect mount network drive , designate time machine drive. it's not huge deal-just not easy if everything's running leopard.

i'll put in plug , mention if don't want spend bunch of time messing around it, price you'll pay leopard server($70-120 depending on how ebay auctions fall) makes worth every penny when you're trying this.
