Resolved Dark line across the screen

hello!

yosemite 10.10.2

2 years old son did laptop.

have 5mm shadow line across screen not active. example: if drag window fit screen - can't click "close window" button, because under shadow line.

f3 button shows open grouped applications doesn't work. other buttons sound or dashbord work fine.

there image. made red lines show shadow line is.

shadow line - active corners doesn't work.

suggestions? please help, because annoying work that.

does situation happen in other user accounts. if don't have account, create new user , see if happens in account. if not happen in other accounts may need rebuild account again. try though, repair permissions , reboot computer. also, reset pram , reset smc.
