Resolved Extra Startup option "OS X Installer" - help removing

so installing yosemite spare hd , ended option key startup entry on main drive called "os x installer".

can see partition when running disk utility maintenance partition can't delete, erase, unmount or modify in way.

selected boot "option key-boot" menu let run course errors out , spontaneous reboot.

me dump thing please. i'm erase whole drive , start scratch rid of it, rather remove it.

the sad part did once before long time ago , managed to fix it. life of me can't remember how did it.

it's looking more , more fresh install happen.
