i'm looking sit in front of room , record going on board during lecture clampshell device. not tripod or camera if possible.

1. tablet has best camera in general?

, can paired clampshell accessory gives @ least 0 135 degrees (roughly) , stable? don't mean kickstand- mean true clampshell.
 

the ipad air 2 has camera. not sure if work want it's great camera.
