Android nerd, switched to iPhone 6 Plus, and back again
not sure if knew of thread started few months ago, on main forums. kept civil, , no fan boy talk whatsoever. honest thoughts on 2 operating systems, , comparing 5.5" phones android , apple.

oneplus 1 again yesterday. ordered tuesday, regular shipping , arrived saturday. know second opo.
out of box, rooted immediately, , installed official cm12, , installed apps like, , xposed greenify, , amplify battery savings, , of course adaway , youtube adaway.
first impressions;
- coming iphone 6 3 months. though both phones have exact same 5.5" screen size, naked no case, oneplus feels easier , better in hand, curved rests in hand better, , 1 feel hair smaller reason, feels easier 1 hand, 6 plus never felt comfortable 1 handed, might drop it. 6 plus felt top heavy reason, , heavier.
- being on android day now, button godsend, thank lord. , cm12 nice can move software keys around, , moved button right in middle, easier hit.
- admit jailbreak lock screen better, using intelli x lock screen, had calendar, game scores, weather, etc... convenient, , easy access. wish there similar lock screen android ?
- screen quality, 6 plus has sharper nicer display. no question. 6 plus screen best 1080p display imo. know it's no note 4 or s6 good, i'd it's best outside of those. oneplus screen ok.
- overall usage, oneplus seems faster , easier pick , going. 6 plus, felt took couple more steps something, if makes sense ? 6 plus has long pause doing things, 2 or 3 second delay on things, not time, apps, or phone, oneplus instant, blink of eye fast.
- ambient display cool on lollipop, seeing notifications that. , led notification light of course has been great, think apple needs add iphone already. mean blackberry had red flashing light notifications before android.
- lollipop better ios 8, there things ios , good, wish faster, , had more customization. feel 1gb ram slow down 6 plus.
- widgets, love me widgets. have widgets calendar agenda, current weather + date, sports scores, power toggles, 5 day forecast weather. jb iphone limited on widgets. don't understand why apple can't @ least offer option of home screen widgets. if don't them don't use them then, should still option.
- at end of day, there isn't 1 perfect device. guess need pick 1 checks off boxes like, , go it. phones on radar moving forward oneplus two, due 3rd qtr, or note 5 if it's designed s6, note 5 if follow s6 build , shape. thin , flat note 5, made of same metal , glass s6 amazing device imo.
