Apple Watch and Spotify

i use spotify pretty exclusively music opposed music app on iphone. i'm hoping spotify have app ready launch more importantly can store songs locally on watch use when running. can 3rd party apps store music or limited tiny amount of space?
 

i read in review watch can control basic transport controls spotify. don't believe spotify have app launch. it's highly unlikely able store songs app either. not 100%, that's gathered last time read couple weeks ago
