Application with menu selection for videos

hello, folks. i'm helping dad project @ work. they've bought ipad, put instructional videos on in different languages (one video each language). i'll need, app let's me choose between several different videos, , @ same time let's me choose custom thumbail each video.

idea have flag each individual video, represents language. if tap english flag, instructional video english subtitles pop up, , same goes of other languages.

hope knows app works this, or give suggestions how this. :)
