Dictation (multiple languages)

hi,
unfortunately don't have apple watch yet. looking @ youtube video right , thought occurred me. can apple watch handle multiple dictation languages?

in iphone can change dictation language swapping keyboard languages. system-wide siri single language. (you have set in settings).

messages app on apple watch. able reply in english, spanish or german depending on language of incoming text?

the pre-canned responses , dictation languages set based on language of keyboard selected conversation in messages app on phone.
