Memory Upgrade or Something Else ? ? ?

first posting here , have problem searten can me !

own macbook pro (retina 15" late 2012) , working perfekt until few month ago (last update of osx) , notised has slowed down computer , seems memory not enough (right have 8gb), of time work music, cd collection, xld, decoding, encoding , stuff.............never work many applications simultaneously, maybe 2 or 3 @ max, , way feel memory have not enough !?
freezes , have restart (safari problem), or noticed files moved folder without name short time , name comes it, strange things way.....


think it's because of memory not enough or there else might @ !??

if memory issue, brand reckon ok, corsair or kingston ?

suggestions appreciated , thank time , help.

memory can't upgraded on of rmbps, because it's soldered.
