Picture quality of iPhone 4, 5 and 6...???

been looking @ prices of used iphones, , reasonable. need cell phone, calls (i dont text or use data , have nice ipod)... emergencies really, i'd nice camera that'll go me everywhere.

see iphone 4's getting cheap, camera's on them?

main concern if there jump in picture quality 4 5 or 6. if 4 pretty close 5 in picture quality i'll save money , 4. if 5 lot better, might talk myself finding bit more better camera.
