iPhone 6 voice quality - tinny, treble-y

did searching couldn't find related.

voice quality on iphone 6 seems odd - kind of opposite of muffled - clear , unnatural @ same time bit quieter should be. seems when talking other iphone 6 or 5s users. call sounds normal first few seconds , switches on sound more tinny. searching did thought may related noise cancellation, i've tried turning on , off on 6 , wife's 5s , doesn't seem make difference.

tried calling 6 @ sprint store , 1 did same thing. matter, carrier issue...? think of it, users have noticed happen on sprint.

sounds there noise cancellation going on regardless of how set on phone.
