Mac Pro - screen shutting off and coming on again

hi guys

have 2012 mac pro hd display , reason goes black , comes on again. in sequence this, brightness adjuster pops , zooms upto top. happens everytime plug keyboard in , quite often, more recently, everytime turn on...does have ideas how solve this?
