Should I buy this G4?

hi everyone!
have bit of doubt... i'd love powermac g4 mdd , there's 1 on ebay 40€, doesn't work.
seller says turned off 1 day , day after dead. think it's psu , i've prepared adapter test machine regular atx psu.
it's dual 1.25ghz fw800 model 80gb hard drive, no video card (it geforce4 mx) , no ram (i have ram g5, should work, otherwise it's not problem grab some).
should buy it? want mdd... thank you!
 

if psu bad, there guy on ebay rebuilds them moderate fee.

dead pram batteries can cause strange behavior on mdd.
