Problems loading page (iPad)

i have problems writing on macrumors both ipads lately.
little bar appears says "a problem occured loading webpage ao reloaded" (on safari)
chrome keeps on crashing. on macbook fine.
did guys change anything?
 

i'm seeing same thing.
