"Push alerts from iPhone" stopped working

i had alert iphone synced once after got watch, nothing syncs anymore. list / complication on watch empty, no matter how many alerts add on phone. toggled option on/off multiple times, restarted watch , phone, no luck.

had same issue , got working again?
