Using a Xserve G4 heatsink

on ebay can buy single 1.25ghz mdd cpu 22 bucks, dual 1.25ghz 29.99 or dual 1.33 (xserve) cpu 60. can xseve heatsink. since know 1.33ghz xserve cpu works on mdd (as user forum has installed one) wondering possible use xserve's slimline heatsink in mdd well.
 

no-the attachment totally different. @ current mdd heatsink , xserve heatsink on ebay, , you'll see i'm talking about.

in addition, i'd have serious concerns how efficient xserve heatsink in tower.
