File vault 2 and cloud services

hi people,

encrypt hard drives using bitlocker , file vault 2 on 2 pcs. 1 windows 8.1 , other osx yosemite.

i'm using dropbox, jottacloud , onedrive cloud services. folders shared other people who're not using encryption.

question is, if encrypt disk on 1 pc, can still access files in, i.e., dropbox on other unencrypted/encrypted pcs?
