iPhone 6 stutter animation

today while playing phone found strange stutter. on iphone 6 if rotate screen landscape on springboard , open calculator app or contact app while on portrait you'll able see major drop frame near end of animation . try kill app , again stutter . affecting me ?
 

what "rotate screen landscape on springboard" mean? , how "then open calculator app or contacts app while on portrait" (if in landscape before that)?
