i found other information on quicken alternatives, none of responses address particular question.
looking little help.

tried quicken mac 2015. dog compared quicken pc 2015. running parallels , windows 7 sole purpose of using quicken pc 2015.

waste of computer resources, needs simple. need check register , (most importantly) ability run reports quicken-pc does. have quicken-pc excellent feature.

question: know of mac alternative designed run checking account records , generate useful reports therefrom?
