Apple disabled my iTunes account the ability to review Apps

without warning or notice apple disabled itunes account being able place reviews of apps. emailed support , said can't tell me why , not re-enabled. not being able leave reviews isn't big deal me. way apple did big deal me. i've been big fan of apple products , heavy embedded in eco-system. i'm questioning choice since apple acting such heavy hand without explanation or recourse.
 

were jerk in reviews, use profanity, harsh or not constructive? it.
