iPhone 5S CDMA or GSM, 6,1 or 6,2 ?

i've identified iphone gsm, being a1457 according appple.

model number on cover:

a1533 or a1457 or a1530: iphone 5s (gsm model)
a1533 or a1453: iphone 5s (cdma model)
a1518 or a1528 or a1530: iphone 5s (gsm model china)

since have 8g/month connection, going download ipsw file install on iphone , since it's gsm, need install iphone6,1_8.3_12f70_restore.ipsw, according osxdaily, here comes doubt. when i've upgraded ios7 ios8, i've downloaded ipsw different site there link download 5s ipsw , wasn't written whether gsm or cdma, did upgrade, checking backup files on disk, i've noticed file ios8 called iphone6,2_8.0.....

so, basically, have installed cdma 6,2 on gsm 6,1 , need update gsm 6,1?



i'm pretty confused here.
 

why not let itunes since download need , install it?

beyond that, if try install incompatible version you'll error, can 1 or 2 , try out 1 installed (which right one).
