No sound not the usual problems mac pro

hey guys, got macbook pro. came no os installed yosemite version 10.10.2.

thing macbook has not sound @ all. no output device, use search tool here similar came nothing, i've seen solutions erase files, clear memory, etc don't hace files mentioned , i've erase memory lot of times, wonder if maybe physical problem audio card or because nothing make sense anymore.
