Did Apple do this fashion thing a year too early?

all these models of apple watch, , being fashionable - seems maybe apple did year early.

should have released apple watch year (just sport rubber bands).... got kinks out, had buy 1 $349-$399, tweak watch os on next year....

in 2016, release 2.0 these new fashion band designs, , stainless steel , gold.
 

they sell models, why not. internals same, didn't have design entirely different watch. hell, bands interchangeable.
