Ho do I Undo "IGNORE THIS DEVICE"

my son trying me sync music imac (running mavericks) android phone in doubletwist , accidentally says selected phone , hit "ignore device" , mistake. how can undo mac can see phone again?? frustrated @ point , need help.

phone not show in image capture. have identical phone , when connect it, phone automatically shows in image capture.

update, able show in image capture still not show in double twist program "forgotten" from. still need on this.
 

yaaaaaa have fixed own problem!!!!!

using program called double twist , program not ignore phone anymore go top menu doubletwist , hit preferences devices , see says on bottom of small window "1 ignored device" reset button next it. hot button , "0 ignored devices" reset airplay in double twist , phone show up!!!

why hid button beyond me.
